To loose weight properly and quickly, our Women's Health and fitness program at Westchester Fight Club is a great way to start. In the ladies program the classes which are constantly available to try include boxing classes, cardio kick boxing, ultimate fitness conditioning and squat squad class. The classes are made for newcomers and advanced students allowing everyone to work out at their own rate. With everyone's hectic schedules, we designed our classes to be an hour long so that you are in, conditioned, have an intense exercise and are completed. In each of the classes offered in our women's fitness program, there is never a worry of getting hurt, our program is purely fitness based.

The cardio kick boxing class teaches members how to correctly punch and kick the bag and pads, and follow the same routine as our instructors do while preparing for their fights. There are also partner work outs with other members punching and kicking pads with each other. It is a great way to learn how to defend yourself, while getting an excellent workout all at once. The rewards of taking this class is that the quick pace keeps your heart pumping and calories shedding much a lot faster than using cardio machines such as the elliptical or treadmill. In the boxing class, different from Muay Thai, you concentrate on punching and kicking the heavy bag instead of using no bag at all.
